A Different Way to Connect With Your Animal
Many people notice that their animal reacts to their inner state before they say or do anything.
When we settle, animals often settle as well. When our attention becomes scattered, they may become restless.
The Trust Technique explores this connection. Instead of focusing on behaviour training, it works with thinking levels, presence, and the emotional state shared between human and animal.
In this course you learn Creative Reaction, the core practice that allows both human and animal to enter a calmer state where learning and cooperation can happen naturally.
Important: You are not trying to change your animal. You are learning how to change the state you bring into the interaction.
What You Will Be Able To Do After The Course

Practice Creative Reaction independently with your own animal
You'll have the tools and confidence to guide sessions on your own, adapting fluidly to whatever your animal offers in the moment.

Recognize the Thinking Levels your animal moves through
This awareness allows you to meet your animal exactly where they are and respond in ways that support genuine understanding.

Understand how animals process experiences through Realization Learning
You'll see why lasting change comes not from repetition or pressure, but from giving animals the space to arrive at their own answers.

Create the conditions for calm presence and cooperation
Rather than managing behavior from the outside, you'll learn to build an environment where willingness and connection emerge naturally.
Even small changes in your inner state can noticeably change how an animal responds.
What Creative Reaction Looks Like
Creative Reaction is simple. It does not require commands, equipment, or structured training sessions.
You might sit quietly with your dog after a walk, observe your horse in the stable, or share calm space with your animal.
Instead of asking the animal to do something, you lower your own thinking and observe with calm attention.
Animals often begin to settle naturally when the shared emotional atmosphere changes.
What Many Participants Notice
Dear Christine,
I wanted to give you feedback again — your coaching with the Trust Technique has greatly enriched my life. I can use it very well for myself, to give myself moments of peace and relaxation. For me, it’s like meditating together with the horse. I can relax and he can relax, and every now and then when we’re both not quite settling down, it’s sometimes more one of us, sometimes more the other, and we can help each other find relaxation or work through things, or a kind of communication emerges. This way of being together brings us closer in a completely different way and connects us. So thank you very much for this wonderful gift. You did amazing work. I really liked your manner and the way you explained everything. Or rather, it all sounded so uncomplicated and easy and understandable that I was able to put it into practice right away and knew exactly what you meant.
This feedback comes today because of something that just happened, and I had to think of you and thought you’d be happy to hear back.
I was in the arena and had been doing some lunging with him and wanted to work on circus tricks. In the end, we worked together on the riding arena for 45 minutes in the most incredible way.
This is what it looked like.
There was no force or trick involved. He laid down in my lap voluntarily and very carefully, all on his own. And we both just enjoyed being together and relaxing.
So thank you very much for the key that has opened doors to so much more.
Many people notice subtle changes already in the first week:
- animals settling more easily
- greater awareness of their own thinking
- a calmer emotional atmosphere between human and animal
