Knowing your values to you is a crucial step in your path towards a better life. Sounds pathetic? Yes, and at the same time I am convinced it is true.

Because, if you always know what is (more) important, you will always have a guidline, almost like a north star, that you can use for all of your decisions. You have an important project to work on, but your kids need your support? If you have prioritized Family over Success, you will know what to do. And you will not have a bad conscious or regret. Because you are working WITH your values.

Sometimes it can be easier to work through your values with another person. If I can help, this is where you can find me:  christine@christine-schickinger.com.
